Dans la plupart des cas, aucun traitement antibiotique n&rsquo;est n\u00e9cessaire. Seul le premier isolat par patient, microorganisme et ann\u00e9e civile a \u00e9t\u00e9 inclus. Concernant le diagramme en barres empil\u00e9es : lors de la d\u00e9duplication, seule la combinaison antibiotique-microorganisme avec le N le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 prise en compte ici. Les r\u00e9sultats sont rapport\u00e9s tels que fournis par les laboratoires. Le nombre de laboratoires participants \u00e9volue avec le temps, ce qui peut \u00e9galement affecter les r\u00e9sultats.
