Ils colonisent la flore intestinale normale de l&rsquo;Homme et conduisent par ex. \u00e0 des infections urinaires, des py\u00e9lon\u00e9phrites et des septic\u00e9mies.  <\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9sistance aux quinolones a augment\u00e9 de 10.3% en 2004 \u00e0 19.4% en 2015, mais elle a diminu\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re significative au cours des quatre derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. La consommation de quinolones est une cause importante de l&rsquo;augmentation des r\u00e9sistances aux quinolones chez <span class=\"microorganism\"><em>E. coli<\/em> <\/span>. Les quinolones devraient alors \u00eatre prescrites de fa\u00e7on exceptionnelle pour le traitement des infections urinaires non compliqu\u00e9es.  <\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9sistance aux 3<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> et 4<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> g\u00e9n\u00e9ration a augment\u00e9 en continu de 0.9% en 2004 \u00e0 11% en 2018, mais se sont stabilis\u00e9s depuis. L&rsquo;augmentation a eu lieu en ambulatoire et en milieu hospitalier pratiquement en parall\u00e8le. Si plusieurs antibiotiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9s au sein de la m\u00eame cat\u00e9gorie, le r\u00e9sultat le plus r\u00e9sistant a \u00e9t\u00e9 pris en compte. Seul le premier isolat par patient, microorganisme et ann\u00e9e civile a \u00e9t\u00e9 inclus. Les r\u00e9sultats sont rapport\u00e9s tels que fournis par les laboratoires. Les isolats sont reli\u00e9s aux r\u00e9gions par les identifiants des h\u00f4pitaux. Comme le calcul du N national prend \u00e9galement en compte les isolats qui ne sont pas attribu\u00e9s \u00e0 un h\u00f4pital couvert par ANRESIS (\u00ab NA \u00bb), il est possible que le N national soit plus grand que la somme des diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9gions. La proc\u00e9dure d&rsquo;extrapolation suivante a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e pour calculer les incidences : Chaque h\u00f4pital a \u00e9t\u00e9 class\u00e9 comme couvert ou non couvert dans la base de donn\u00e9es ANRESIS pour chaque ann\u00e9e. Sur la base de ces donn\u00e9es, un taux de couverture a \u00e9t\u00e9 calcul\u00e9 pour chaque r\u00e9gion linguistique (latine vs germanophone) et chaque type d&rsquo;h\u00f4pital (universitaire vs non universitaire) et chaque ann\u00e9e, sur la base des journ\u00e9es de soins sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 l&rsquo;h\u00f4pital. Ces taux de couverture ont ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 appliqu\u00e9s aux donn\u00e9es de comptage des h\u00f4pitaux participant \u00e0 ANRESIS afin d&rsquo;obtenir un total national. Les donn\u00e9es d\u00e9mographiques proviennent de l&rsquo;Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de la statistique. Le nombre de laboratoires participants change au fil du temps, ce qui peut \u00e9galement influencer les statistiques.
